In February 2018, the CUPRA brand finally launched as a separate entity to SEAT, with a new look logo and a new set of brand values based on passion for racing and motor sports, fashion, lifestyle, and culture. The driving urge to create this new brand came from a passion that lay deep within some restless and brave minds, willing to dare and take risks, true masters of their craft.

The CUPRA brand boasts many high-profile ambassadors to fly the CUPRA flag, each of whom a fascinating character within their own discipline. Laia Sanz is one of the most decorated motor sports competitors in history, with 13 World Trial Championships to her name, 10 European Trial titles, and seven Women’s Trophies at the Dakar Rally in the motorbikes category.
